Healthy Cooking Salad

Nowadays, we can see that bad behavior can lead into bad effects in the future. One important behavior that you need to ponder is eating behavior. Instead of buying food in common restaurant, that we cannot guarantee the cleanness of cooking process, freshness of materials, etc, it is better to cook your own healthy food. One simple Healthy Cooking menu that you can try by yourself is Vietnamese Salad of Broiled Shrimp with papaya. For the main ingredients, you should prepare 12 peeled large shrimp, 1 peeled green papaya that has been cut into small strips, a half peeled cucumber that has been chopped into small slices, and a red chili. For the spices, you need to prepare 2tbsp of Asian fish sauce, 1tsp vinegar, chopped mint, sugar, lime juice, and 2 garlic cloves.

First you need to broil the shrimps first. Before you insert the shrimp inside the broiler, you need to cover it with aluminum foil and oil. The shrimps should be spread before with oil. This process needs 3 minutes. While waiting, you can whisk all the spices together by adding 6 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl. After your shrimp done, you can put it inside your spice mixture and wait it until cool. Then, add the cucumber, papaya, and chopped mint inside the bowl. Toss it until mixed well. Serve it in a plate and you can give garnish to make it beautiful.
